Les Mills Body Balance is a modern take on yoga with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, set to music. It is great for improving your strength, flexibility and balance. 

PILATES 

Pilates is a low-intensity mat based workout which is great for strengthening, toning and increasing your flexibility. This class focuses on core strength and posture. 

YOGA 

Yoga is a low-impact workout, connecting the mind and body, using physical postures to improve strength and flexibility. Yoga incorporates breathing exercises and meditation to improve your health and wellbeing. 

STRENGTH & STRETCH 

This class is great for improving your functional body strength, flexibility and getting you ready for sport and daily life. You perform the movements at your own pace and level.
